Quinn Design Associates is working with The Rup Group and Giovanni Tassone Architects on this boutique series of luxury freehold townhomes with expansive terraces and private back gardens on Bayview Avenue.
Our landscape architectural design provides a strong streetscape with large canopy trees, formal plantings, and pedestrian sidewalks and paths. We also created a design for a small public park with a seatwall, gathering space, and lush plantings. Our services included development of full landscape drawings for an application to the City for Site Plan Control approval.
