This mid-rise infill residential development is located in the established neighbourhood of Lawrence Park in Toronto. The arrangement and scale of the project’s five buildings create a Georgian-inspired streetscape. Quinn Design Associates created a series of detailed garden and courtyard spaces linked by a network of walkways. Ground floor units have access to private entry courts and outdoor terrace spaces, which we designed to have a lush, garden-like atmosphere.
