Working directly with Oxford Properties, Quinn Design Associates' ongoing involvement in exterior improvements for the Yorkdale Shopping Centre includes updating and enhancing the landscape areas, perimeter planters and plantings, entry features and entry experiences for this major community retail hub and significant tourist destination, once the world’s largest shopping centre.
Quinn created understated and elegant granite entry features that harmonize with the Centre’s marketing image and signage theme, as well as improvements to the site perimeter to enhance the presence of the Centre and its relationship with the surrounding community. Our scope of work also included additional landscape areas animated with textured paving, pedestrian lighting, seating, shade trees, and planters.
